（一）化學試劑、藥品的貯存
1.化學藥品貯存室應符合有關安全規(guī)定，有防火、防爆等安全措施，室內應干燥、通風良好，溫度一般不超過28℃，照明應是防爆型。
2.化學藥品貯存室應由專人保管，并有嚴格的賬目和管理制度。
3.室內應備有消防器材。
4.化學藥品應按類存放，特別是化學危險品按其特性單獨存放。
（二）化學試液的管理
1.裝有試液的試劑瓶應放在藥品柜內，放在架上的試劑和溶液要避光、避熱。
2.試液瓶附近勿放置發(fā)熱設備如電爐等。
3.試液瓶內液面上的內壁凝聚水珠的，使用前要震搖均勻。
4.每次取用試液后要隨手改好瓶塞，切不可長時間讓瓶口敞開。
5.吸取試液的吸管應預先清洗干凈并晾干。同時取用相同容器盛裝的幾種試液防止瓶塞蓋錯造成交叉污染。
6.已經變質、污染或失效的試液應該隨即倒掉，重新配制。
